Your line manager will be your go-to person for day-to-day support.
They’ll be your anchor—offering guidance, encouragement, and practical help to help you thrive in your role.
We know that starting a new job can feel overwhelming, but you're not alone. Your line manager is here to help you settle in, build confidence, and navigate your new environment with ease.
If your programme includes rotations between different functions, you may work with more than one line manager during your placement. Each will play a key role in supporting your development.
MENTOR
MENTOR
Your mentor will be with you throughout your internship programme.
Think of them as your go-to person for advice, insight, and support. Whether you're tackling a challenging project or simply need someone to bounce ideas off, your mentor is there to help you grow.
While they won’t be involved in your day-to-day tasks, they bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and connections to guide your personal and professional development. Their role is to help you reflect, build confidence, and make the most of your placement journey.
