RESPONSIBILITIES

From day one, you’ll be recruited into a defined role with clear responsibilities and a detailed job description—so you know exactly what’s expected and who you’ll be working with.
Throughout the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to experience the breadth of our UK business. Some placements may include rotations across different teams and functions, giving you exposure to areas such as Manufacturing, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and more. This cross-functional experience helps you build a well-rounded understanding of our operations and discover where your strengths lie.
In your final year, you’ll work closely with the Graduate team and your line manager to explore your next steps and prepare for a smooth transition into a full-time role at Müller—setting you up for long-term success.
